Vext is a transitory digital network communications service which enhances internet security and privacy. The Vext Software can be downloaded free of charge. Users must purchase a paid Subscription to connect to Vext Services, except for limited free trials or coupon offers.

Vext aims to provide 99.9% uptime. In the event of continuous total service disruption lasting 24 hours or more caused solely by failures within Vext's core infrastructure, Vext will compensate affected users by extending their Subscription by 2 days for each full 24-hour period of downtime.

Disruptions lasting less than 24 hours, or partial outages where some servers remain functional, are not eligible for compensation. Vext is not responsible for connection failures from client-side issues, ISP restrictions, regional blockages, hardware incompatibilities, or government-imposed censorship.

Vext allows a maximum of 5 simultaneous connections per Account including proxy connections. Certain Subscriptions may be subject to data traffic limits as detailed in your chosen plan. Current information is available at vext.run.

Vext Services shall not be used for any criminal, illicit, illegal or fraudulent acts. You accept and agree not to violate any applicable laws. It is your responsibility to know all relevant laws related to any jurisdiction that concerns you and your use of Vext Services.

We reserve the right to suspend and/or terminate Accounts and/or Services to any users who violate applicable laws or these Terms, whether repeated violation or a single instance.

General Terms. These General Terms govern use of and access to Vext's websites, services, and Software.

Subscription. All paid Services are provided on a recurring subscription basis with auto-renewal unless cancelled before the billing date.

The Terms constitute a binding legal agreement. You agree by: (i) creating an Account; (ii) downloading Software or using Services; or (iii) otherwise electronically agreeing.

Eligibility. You must be 18+ years of age and able to enter into legally binding agreements.

All paid Services are on a recurring Subscription basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date. Prices may change; changes won't affect your current period.

Refund. You may request a refund within 7 days of initial purchase (“Money-Back Guarantee”). Refunds use the same payment method.

Cancellation. Cancel auto-renewal anytime. Access continues until end of paid period.

We grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, personal license for personal, non-commercial use. The Software is owned by Vext and licensed, not sold. All rights reserved. Vext is a protected trademark.

You shall not use the Services for:

• Unlawful, illegal, criminal, or fraudulent activities
• Military purposes
• Unauthorized access or denial of service to networks
• Exploitation of children in any form
• Infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights
• Transmitting malicious code or viruses
• Circumventing Vext security measures
• Disrupting service integrity or performance
• Reselling or commercially exploiting Services
• Automated access without written permission

SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED WHAT YOU PAID DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT.

By Vext: We may suspend/terminate if payment fails, Terms are breached, or required by law.

By you: Terminate anytime; request refund if eligible.

Effects: Upon termination, you lose access and all licenses terminate immediately.

Terms are governed by laws of the jurisdiction where Vext operates. Try to resolve disputes informally first.
